The Coalition for Fair Trade of Hardwood Plywood filed a summons with the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York to appeal the International Trade Commission’s (ITC) finding last November. The ITC had unanimously found that, “U.S. industry is neither materially injured nor threatened with material injury by reason of imports of hardwood plywood from China that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined are subsidized and sold in the United States at less than fair value.” See Woodworking Network and ITC Final Investigation
